He leads the Government Networks Division, overseeing the operation and development of Bhutan\u2019s Government Network (GovNet) and Druk Research and Education Network (DrukREN). His work spans national network infrastructure, Internet connectivity, research and education networking, Internet exchange and capacity development. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He also chairs the btNOG Coordination Team. He is also actively engaged with regional Internet and networking communities, including APNIC, SANOG, APRICOT, APAN, Asi@Connect Project. He has been recently appointed as Vice Chair of Asi@Connect Project and Chair of Emerging NREN SIG of APAN.
