Tuwan Jaleel

Tuwan Jaleel is a Network and Systems Engineer at LEARN, Sri Lanka’s National Research and Education Network. He manages core infrastructure and conducts training for the academic community. A member of LKNOG’s executive committee, he actively supports technical knowledge sharing. Tuwan holds three master’s degrees and lectures in networking and cybersecurity. He has represented Sri Lanka at APAN, SANOG, and APRICOT, contributing to regional collaboration in the Asia-Pacific technical community.
