Lakht E Hassnain is a seasoned network and security professional with over 15 years of experience in ISP and telecom environments. Specializing in IP routing, BGP, RPKI, DNS, IPv6, DNSSEC, IX operations, and CDN deployment, Lakht currently oversees the internet gateway infrastructure and IP resources for a major mobile operator in Pakistan. As an active member of the Internet Society Pakistan, Lakht is passionate about sharing knowledge and building technical capacity within the community.

Tuwan Jaleel

Tuwan Jaleel is a Network and Systems Engineer at LEARN, Sri Lanka’s National Research and Education Network. He manages core infrastructure and conducts training for the academic community. A member of LKNOG’s executive committee, he actively supports technical knowledge sharing. Tuwan holds three master’s degrees and lectures in networking and cybersecurity. He has represented Sri Lanka at APAN, SANOG, and APRICOT, contributing to regional collaboration in the Asia-Pacific technical community.

Priya Ranjan Karn

Priya Ranjan Karn brings over 11 years of experience in the ISP industry. Currently, he heads the R&D Department at one of the leading ISPs in Nepal. In this role, he leads the technical research team, focusing on the planning, design, and implementation of MPLS, MPLS services, peering networks (IXs, PNIs, etc.), and CDN infrastructure—while also spearheading best practice implementations within the company’s Autonomous System Number (ASN). He is also an active participant in Network Operator Groups (NOGs), contributing as an instructor, volunteer, and presenter.

Fernanda Adhipramana

Fernanda is a network engineer with extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing network infrastructures across enterprise WANs, service providers, and data center networks. He has a deep understanding of a wide range of networking technologies, including IGP (OSPF, IS-IS, RIP), BGP, MPLS, and VXLAN.

In addition to his technical background, Fernanda is also an experienced trainer with over 100 hours of teaching, and hundreds of students from various companies and academic institutions.

Rupesh Basnet

Rupesh Basnet has been working in the industry since the early 2007. Currently, he is a co-founder at OM Networks, an IT company, where he leads the company’s technical and research team.

He had previously worked with Internet Service Provider in Nepal for more than 7 years holding different positions and assisting in areas related to System/Network Administration. During the tenure he worked in different projects that involves ISP/NSP’s network/system design, up-gradation & implementation. 

He has also been associated with local and international NOG’s as an active member helping as an instructor in different workshop tracks as well as volunteers in few.

Sonia Edward

Sonia started as a Graduate IP Engineer with Telikom PNG and worked for 6 years on the customer access network.

Sonia has recently joined PNG DataCo, a Tier 2 ISP and the internet Gateway of Papua New Guinea as the core IP engineer. Her role involves core routing and switching of traffic.

Aris Cahyadi Risdianto

Aris is a former systems and network professional in the telecommunications field who has been involved in designing, implementing, migrating, and maintaining IP-based networks for enterprises and service providers. He is experienced in working with system/network vendors and mobile/cable-based telecommunications operators. He has been serving as an ambassador for the Open Networking Foundation (ONF) since 2018 and was a part of the ambassadors’ steering committee team in 2019 and 2023. Currently, he is actively working on building software-based solutions and testing environments for Future Internet, Cloud Computing, and Cyber Security.

Milan Adhikari

Milan Adhikari is a dedicated network engineer with almost nine years of experience at WorldLink Communications, Nepal. His current role revolves around the configuration and operations of Broadband Network Gateway (BNG) and AAA services. He possesses a robust skillset in networking technologies, including OSPF, ISIS, BGP, MPLS, and wireless networking. He has also been an active volunteer and workshop provider at npNOG since 2018, wherein he contributes to the growth and sharing of knowledge within the networking community.

Rahul Makhija

Rahul Makhija is a seasoned IP network professional. He has been in the ISP industry since 2007.  He is a BGP enthusiast and an IPv6 evangelist. Rahul is currently the CTO at Esto Group of Companies (AS135817). He actively participates in various community engagements. Rahul has been contributing to various program committees such as INNOG, SANOG and APNIC conferences. Over the years, he has mentored many network engineers, helping them gain new skill sets and adopt industry’s best practices.

Jethro Tambeana

Jethro worked as a Network Engineer for over 17 years. He began his carrier with the local ISP Telecom Vanuatu Ltd as Network Administrator and later joined OGCIO to work as Network Manager for the Vanuatu eGov Network. He also was part of the initial setup and operation of the local IXP, Vanuatu Internet Exchange, and still provides technical support to the IXP to this day. Jethro now works as a network consultant and shares his knowledge as a community trainer for APNIC.
